    Distribution is way to used by company to channel service or goods of producer to consumer. Distribution facilities and basic facilities used by a company influence quickly or not the service or goods to consumer hand. For that a company have to chosencorrect distribution channel so that can improve sale volume and high profit rate of return. In this research, writer want to know as far as effectiveness and is efficient of distribution channel to sale volume at PT. Tunggal Dara Indonesia. Research donewith collect data method direct interview with staff PT. Tunggal Dara Indonesia, also use secondary data in the form report and information report which have been made. Pursuant to result of research, writer can conclude that PT. Tunggal Dara Indonesia use two service distribution channel, that is : direct distribution channel and indirect distribution channel. Of efficiency analysis of expense of and distribution of return investment of can be concluded that direct distribution channel more efficient that indirect distribution channel and yield higher level rate of return to PT. Tunggal Dara Indonesia Suggestion researcher able to gives as input to PT. Tunggal Dara Indonesia that is can improve volume sale of service with minim of expense of indirect distribution, beside by using media promotion.
