    Abstract

    In general improvement strategy of quality of product is strategy applied by a company to increase a prduk which in produce of by company by creating product with form and more function that still be enthused by overseas buyer. Talks about improvement strategy of quality of product is not only limited to business to increase product yielded, business to increase quality of product that is on the market that still be enthused by overseas buyer, and problems pursuing business in increasing quality of export product especially at product meubel. This research aim to obtain clearer picture and understanding about strategy applied to increase quality of export product furniture which on the market that still be enthused by overseas buyer, problems faced by CV. Aninda Furniture in business to increase quality of product that is on the market especially at product meubel. Result of research at CV. inferential Aninda Furniture as follows : CV. Aninda Furniture is company furniture which producing fabricating material goods to become finished goods which then ready for in export. Strategy applied by Aninda Furniture to increase quality of product that is on the market that still be enthused by overseas buyer is apply strategy produce of with marking inovatife that is corporate strategy to offer product with form and function which too many for one competitor product. Because Aninda Furniture is company producing from fabricating material goods to become finished goods, hence before goods steps into phase finishing will pass phase Quality Control ( QC). Quality Control Aninda furniture covers QC RAW General, QC RAW KONTRUKSI, QC FINAL PAACKING. In executing business to increase quality of product that is on the market his(its is especially at product meubel, CV. Aninda Furniture doesn't miss from problems which must in facing, antaralain is design problem or form of commodity, product staying power, consumer appetite the always fickle, expensive production cost, raw material which is difficult at certain seasons.
