    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Iqbal Muammar Rosyad. S811002004 : “Proses Pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Islam Al-Iryad Salatiga Dalam Internalisasi Mata Pelajaran Aqidah Pada Santri”. Tesis,Surakarta, Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan, Pascasarjana Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, 2011. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam mengenai proses pembelajaran di pesantren Al-Irsyad Salatiga pada bidang studi aqidah sekaligus mengkaji sejauh mana internalisasi nilai aqidah pada para santri. Objek penelitian tesis ini adalah Pondok Pesanten Islam Al-Irsyad Salatiga yang merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam yang terkenal maju dalam bidang tudi Bahasa Arab dan Aqidah. Pembahasan tesis ini difokuskan pada proses pembelajaran aqidah dan internalisasi nilai pada santri. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan dalam penulisan tesis ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan alasan bahwa penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yang memusatkan perhatian terhadap gejala menurut apa adanya tentang bagaimana proses pembelajaran di pesantren Al-Iryad Salatiga dan internalisasi nilai aqidah pada santri. Teknik pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber dan trianggulasi data. Setelah penulis melakukan penelitian, penulis menemukan data di lapangan sebagai berikut: Pertama¸ proses pembelajaran di pesantren Al-Irsyad Salatiga sudah berjalan dengan baik. Pengembangan kurikulum sudah sesuai prosedur dan mencukupi pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran sudah bervariasi menggunakan metode CBSA, CTL dan inkuiri. Evaluasi pembelajaran sudah dilaksanakan pada input, proses maupun output pembelajaran. Hali ini ditunjukkan dari prestasi para santri setiap tahun yang banyak diterima di perguruan tinggi dalam dan luar negeri. Kedua, dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di Pesantren Islam Al-Irsyad Salatiga, karakteristik kepala pesantren (mudir) dan jajaran ustadz berperan besar dalam mewujudkan interaksi dan internalisasi nilai pelajaran aqidah pada santri. Karakteristik bahan ajar dan media pembelajaran juga mendukung kelancaran proses pembelajaran dan internalisasi nilai aqidah pada santri, kerena pokok pembahasan yang terdapat pada masing-masing buku ajar terkait erat dengan ruang lingkup kehidupan sehari-hari. Ketiga, internalisasi nilai aqidah pada santri terwujud dalam bentuk keataan terhadap syariat Islam dan akhlaq mulia kepada orang lain. Hal ini terbukti dengan terbentuknya santri menjadi muslim multazim (berpegang teguh dan kokoh beragama) dan manusia beradab. This research was aimed to discuss deeply about the learning process of aqidah subject as well as how far the internalization of aqidah value on the students. The research object was Al-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School of Salatiga which was one of Islamic education institution which was well-known to be advanced in Arabic and Aqidah subjects. The discussion on this thesis was focused on the learning process of aqidah and the internalization of its value on the students. The used method by the researcher was qualitative method due to the fact that this research was descriptive which focused on the existing phenomena of how is the learning process in Al-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School of Salatiga and the internalization of aqidah values on the students. For the data collecting, the author used interview, observation, and documentation study methods. Meanwhile source and data triangulation were used for data validation. After conducting the research, the author found the field data as follow: Firstly, the learning process in Al-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School of Salatiga had been running well. The curriculum development had matched the procedure and had been adequate for learning. The learning models had varied using CBSA, CTL, and inquiry methods. The learning evaluations had been done either on the learning input, process, or output. It was shown from the student’s achievement in which many of them were accepted in domestic and foreign universities in each year. Secondly, in the learning process of Al-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School of Salatiga, characteristics of headmaster (mudir) and teachers (ustadz) played a big role on shaping the interaction and internalization of aqidah values on the students. The characteristics of learning material and media also supported the learning process and internalization of aqidah values on the students because the discussion topic on every single learning books was closely related to the daily life environment. Thirdly, the internalization of aqidah values on the students took forms as students’ compliance to Islamic rules and sublime morals towards the others. It was proven by how the students became muslim multazim (holding religious norm firmly) and civilized human beings.
