    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Fatchulloh, NIM S540809308, 2010, Implementasi Pembelajaran Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi dengan pendekatan metode pembelajaran problem based learning pada mata kuliah blok sistem pencernaan di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Annur Purwodadi, Komisi pembimbing 1 : Prof. Dr. Samsi Haryanto, M.Pd, 2. dr. Jarot Subandono, M.Kes, Tesis : Program Studi Magister Kedokteran Keluarga minat utama pendidikan profesi Kesehatan, Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1 ) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi model pembelajaran problem based learning mata kuliah blok sistem pencernaan di Stikes annur Purwodadi, ( a ) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana Penyusunan silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran ( b ) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana media, strategi dosen dalam menerapkan pembelajaran Mata kuliah blok sistem Pencernaan dengan model Problem Based Learning , ( c ) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan penilaian dan evaluasi yang dibuat oleh Dosen atau Tim Dosen dalam menerapkan pembelajaran Mata kuliah blok sistem Pencernaan dengan model Problem Based Learning , ( 2 ) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana para Dosen melaksanakan perkuliahan remedial pada blok sistem pencernaan dalam Problem Based Learning, ( 3 ) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana hasil yang dicapai pada pelaksanaan Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi dalam model Problem Based Learning , ( 4 ) Untuk mendeskripsikan bagimana hambatan hambatan pelaksanaan dalam Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada mahasiswa program studi Ilmu Keperawatan di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Annur Purwodadi- Grobogan. Penelitian dilakukan selama 6,5 bulan dimulai pada bulan Juli 2010 sampai dengan bulan desember 2010. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus terpancang tunggal, teknik pengumpulan data triangulasi ( wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi ). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan memfokuskan metode pembelajaran problem based learning seven jumps step. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dosen pada mata ajar blok sistem pencernaan telah membuat RPP Pembelajaran tutorial atau Problem Based Learning sebelum tutorial dilaksanakan, RPP dibuat dengan menetapkan kompetensi yang akan dicapai oleh mahasiswa terhadap mata ajar blok sistem pencernaan, Dosen memakai metode PBL karena memberikan pemahaman yang lebih terhadap pencapaian kompetensi mahasiswa, pada evaluasi dan alat penilaian yang digunakan adalah form penilaian tutorial, penialaian sikap, uji OSCA dan ujian yang diselenggrakan akhir blok secara formatif dan sumatif, pembelajaran remedial dilakukan untuk mencapai kompetensi yang ditetapkan oleh tim sistem pencernaan, dilakukan dengan pemberian kuliah dan penugasan secara terstruktur. Simpulan ; pelaksanaan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi dengan pendekatan metode PBL pada blok sistem pencernaan STIKES Annur Purwodadi terencana, terlaksana dan evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan efektif dan memberikan pencapaian kompetensi mahasiswa baik hard skill maupun soft skill. Kes, Thesis: Master of Family Medicine, the main interest in health professions education, Graduate Program, University of Sebelas Maret Surakarta The purposes of this research are (1) To describe how the implementation of problem based Learning ( a ) To describe how makes the syllabus and teacher learning plans by the problem based learning in the digestive block system in Stikes Annur Purwodadi, ( b ) To describe how the media, lecturers strategies in applying course the digestive block system approach using of the Problem Based Learning, ( c ) To describe how the assessment tools and evaluations made by the Lecturer or Lectureres team in implementation the Digestive block system approach using of the Problem Based Learning, ( 2 ) To describe how the lecturer conducting remedial classes on the digestive block system in Problem Based Learning, (3) To describe how the results achieved in the implementation of competency based curriculum in Problem Based Learning method, (4) To describe how obstacles in the implementation of Problem Based Learning. The research was conducted on the students of Nursing departement the Health Sciences Annur Purwodadi. Research conducted during the 6.5 months beginning in July 2010 to December 2010. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative the case study of this research is single spikes, using of the triangulation data collection techniques (interviews, observation and documentation). This research is focusing problem based learning teaching method seven step jumps. The results of this study is the Lecturer in the teaching block of digestion block system has made RPP or Problem based learning before tutorials held, the RPP is made to determine competency to be achieved by students in the teaching digestive block system, Lecturer wear PBL method because it provides a deeper understanding towards the achievement of student competency, the evaluation and assessment tool used was a rating form of tutorials, attitude,evaluation OSCA and final exam be held in a formative and summative block, remedial learning undertaken to achieve the competencies set by the team of the digestive system, done by giving lectures and are structured assingment. Conclusion; The implementation of competency-based curriculum with PBL method approach to the digestive block system in STIKES Annur Purwodadi was planned, the implemented and the evaluation of it is effective and provide a good student competency content of hard skills and soft skills.
