    Abstract

    This research is done in Elementary School Country 01 Tuban District of Gondang rejo, Sub-Province Karanganyar. Method in this research is descriptive with approach qualitative using natural background (setting natural). This research of management execution analysis base on school as effort of[is make-up of keefektifitas process study at elementary school through PAKEM. Management execution base on executed school by Elementary headmaster of Country Tuban 01 District of Gondangrejo Sub -Province Karanganyar, in management of enableness of teacher indicate that headmaster have been able to manage teacher better, though there is constraint but do not so mean. With implementation of management of the financing prove that, headmaster have comprehended reality decentralize education is that is " what and to whom" ( whom to and what) and non its orders ( regulation). Headmaster have played the part of two especial function, first as Leader institution to all teacher, and both giving head in management. Reconditional of education through management base on introduced school committee and school as part of decentralization pass to headmaster opportunity of larger ones to apply with interest setle various function from both the role. Study process in MBS program execution using approach of PAKEM ( active study, creative, effective, and please) in its Good PAKEM of student and also teacher have to be active all. In the study of teacher claimed to be is creative, in use of physic appliance and media so that study do not drag on. Various inseparable PAKEM element of its meaning, teacher have to can c reate study pushing active student and student brought by situation that please. Execution PAKEM conditions represent minimum condition which must be fulfilled by pupil and teacher, conditions of teacher which must be owned by teacher capable to compile e xecution plan study of complete degnan and detailed. From PAKEM execution pupil facet require the readiness of student, student have to really comprehending how PAKEM execution technique, besides student have to really is having motivation to self -study actively, for that teacher ought to can explain in detail about technique study of PAKEM and give motivation so that student have bravery to submit asking unclear things and opinion.
