    Abstract

    This research objectives are to know: 1) contribution of teaching experience to performance’s in learning. 2) contribution of of utillization resources learning to teacher’s performance in learning, 3) contribution of motivation of the achievement toteacher’s performance in learning. 4) contribution of teaching experience, utillization resources learning, and motivation of the achievement to teacher performance in learning. The research method applied is survey method with correlation approach. As Population is teacher in SMP of State Surakarta City Sub District amount 45 persons. Instrument used are quetionnaire and observation. The validity and relibilty questionnaire applied are content analysis. To determine the validity of each questionnaire is applied pearson’s product moment correlation and to determine the reliability, Alpha croanbach formula is used. The Analysize technique is correlation simple and multi regression at the significancy 0,05. The result of the research are : 1) There is significant contribution of teaching experience to teacher’s performance in learning 15,60% (rcount> rtable or 0,417 >0,294 at significancy 0,05), 2) There is significant contribution of utillization resources learning to teacher’s performance in learning 10,69% (rcount> rtable or 0,357 >0,294 at significancy 0,05), 3) There is significant contribution of motivation of the achievement to teacher’s performance in learning 8,64% (rcount> rtable or 0,342 >0,294 at significancy 0,05), 4) There is significancy contribution of teaching experience to performance in teaching, utillization resources learning, and motivation of the achievement to teacher performance in learning, R-multi=0,598, ditermination coefisien (R2 ) = 0,358, (fcount > ftabla or 7,628 > 2,84 at significancy 0,05) Key Word: The teaching experience, utillization resources learning, motivation of the achivement, and teacher’s performance in learning
