    Abstract

    Muhsidi. S990809006. The Influence of LCD Projector Usage Towards The Students Achievement on The Accounting Lesson in SMA Negeri I Klego in the Academic Year 2010 / 2011 ( Experiment Study ). Tesis. Surakarta. Education Economic Program. Post Graduate Program. Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. January 2011 This Research is aimed to know ( 1 ) The Influence of LCD Projector Usage as a Learning Media towards The students Achievement on Accounting Lesson. ( 2 ) The Efektifity of LCD Projector Usage to Improve The students Achievement on the Accounting Lesson. This Research is held in SMA Negeri I Klego in academic year 2010 / 2011.The Research Method is Experiment. The Research Population use the students of SMA Negeri I Klego grade XII . Sampling Technique used this research is the Cluster Sampling. The Research Samples are 78 students consiting of 40 students Experiment Group and 38 students of Control Group. The Instrument validity is tested by product moment Correlation. The Reliability tested by KR-20. Data analisys Technique used is uji t. The result and conclusion of This Research’s are : ( 1 ) There is a significant difference on The Students Achievement beetwen those who use LCD Projector Media in learning and who use discourse and question answer method (t obs = 2,292 and t tabel = 1,992. t obs > t tabel ). ( 2 ) Seen from The Average Value post test Experiment Group is about 68,17 and The Average Value Control Gropu is about 64,47, it reveals that The Average Value of test Experiment Group is higher than The Control Group. It can be concuded that LCD Projector usage learning is much more effective than discourse and question answer method. ( 3 ) Seen from The Average Value of pre test, Experiment Group is 55,48 and that of post test is 68,17. So there is an increase about 12,69 or 22,87 %. The Average Value of Control Group, pre test is : 55,36 and that of post test is 64,47. There is an an increase about 9,11 or 16,46 %. This data above , it shows that the Average Value of Esperiment Group is higher than that of Control Group. In Conclusion, learning by using LCD Projector Media is able to increase the students achievement compared with those who use discourse and question answer method.
