    Abstract

    ASLI agent is an agent of gallons of mineral water supplier branded ASLI, these agents have a machine-gallon mineral water refilling itself, located in Sukoharjo. One of the activities conducted in the movement of goods is a transfer agent of gallons of mineral water which weighs 19 kg, the activity carried out by workers from the filling of mineral water to the barn, a distance of 100m, using work facilities such as the trolley. Nordic Body Map Based on questionnaires given to workers moving parts gallons of mineral water, can know the average level of complaint is the biggest pain right wrist, right elbow, right forearm, right forearm, right knee, and left knee. In this study, the design of work facilities such as mineral water gallon cart is preceded by working posture analyzing REBA method, and then determine the anthropometric dimensions in order to determine the dimensions of the trolley gallons of mineral water and get results in ergonomic design. Anthropometric data were taken from workers at the agency ASLI mineral water during the research. Based on the simulation results with 3D drawings and calculations with the REBA method, trolleys gallons of mineral water from the design with anthropometric approach can provide improvement in the working postures of workers. Results REBA score the highest before the design is 11 it means to have a very high risk level, whereas the REBA score was the fifth highest after the design Means to have a moderate risk level Keywords : Nordic body map, anthropometry, methods of REBA, ergonomics, trolleys trolleys gallon of mineral water.
