This research conducted the sistem of verb formatioan deriving from verb and noun in Bayan dialect of Sasak language created from the nominal and verb as the result of affixation process. The study explains the verbal development pattern from the class I, class II verbal and nominal bases encompassing the function and meaning of affix creating such patterns. In addition, the study also explains the productivity of pattern and the morphophonemic process occurring. This study used a structuralism model design, that is, by studying and providing as well as explaining certain aspects of language structure based on the given fact. The data collection was conducted in one area of Bayan dialect users, namely village Tanjung Sub district Labuan Haji, Regency Lombok Timur. Technique of collecting data employed was recording, cooperation with informant, and observation and documentation technique. The data collected was then tested for its validity using the data triangulation, method triangulation and informant review. In analyzing data, the method employed was distributional one including the smallest element elaboration, two by two opposition, substitution, and expansion techniques. The first step conducted in analyzing data was to determine the affix morphemes creating the Sasak language verb. Then, the verbal patterns were created by distributing such affix to the class I, class II verbs, and nominal base. After conducting the analysis it can be concluded that there are 11 patterns of verbal creation from first class verb, including: N-DV1 , te- DV1 , be- DV1 , DV1 - ang, DV1 -in, ke-DV1 -an, be-DV1 -an, N-DV1 -ang, N-DV1 -in, te- DV1 -ang, and te- DV1 -in. There 8 patterns from the second-class verb including: N- DV2 , DV2 -ang, ke- DV2 -an, N-DV2 -ang, N- DV2 -in, te-DV2 -ang, and te-DV2 -in. There are 8 patterns of verbal creation from nominal including: N-DN, be-DN, DN-ang, DN- in, N-DN-ang, N-DN-in, te-DN-ang, and te-DN-in. Each pattern has different function and meaning. The morphophonemic changes occurring in such patterns are varied according to the root of word behavior attached by the affix creating such verb.
