    Abstract

    The Research going to do purpose to find out is building on SWOT Analys to Plastic Injection Product Section Work Injection PT. ATMI–IGI CENTER Surakarta. Marketing Strategic it is astrategic to serve the market or market segmentation it is will be targeting with a company. Because of this marketing process starting before the production doing after than sale activity be on the market to them. The activity to influence the consumen of this can doing about the interpreneur with the bennefit condition in the self consumen inside although with the various tool properly about the company, the weapon of the company influence the customer is by the Product, Price, Promotion and Placement. Related to the problem and purpose of the research, writer used observation method of qualitative descriptive, is a research to try descript the situation or one of social phenomenon and explain the draft, assembled the data but not doing hypotesis test. While the technics data converging in order to interview method, direct observation and literature, with data analys technical used is deskriptive analys. From the result of observation have as a conclusion about used of PT. ATMI–IGI CENTER Surakarta in order to SWOT analys. SWOT is abbreviation from dari lingkungan Internal Strengthsdan weaknessserta lingkungan Eksternal Opportunitydan Threatsyang dihadapi dunia bisnis. Strategi pemasaran yang dipilih dilakukan dengan menetapkan hal-hal seperti, Standarisasi Kualitas produk menentukan kriteria yang baik dan melaksanakan Tahap standarisasi kualitas produksi secara khusus Penetapan Standard tersebut dilakukan dengan cara: Grading, Inspeksi, dan Labeling, kemudian juga memperhatikan masalah penentuan Harga, dan Promosinya..
