    Abstract

    This research to descript work relation that happen between District Sales Office and Small Retailer Djarumin cigaretteDjarum distribution.and also to know problems in marketing or distribution and what they do to solve it. In the same way with goal of research, bend of research that use is description kualitatif is kind of research that describe data with word and explaning problems. Location of research is in PT. Djarum and Small Retailer Djarum in Surakarta. researcher chose it because is easy to find data, information and referantion. Technics data validation use data triangulation, it mean to check data validation using another data, outside capital data’s. Technics sample derivation is use purposive sampling and maximum variation sampling. It mean researcher only choose informan that knowing and can trust to be data resource. To collet data, researcher using interview, observation and documentation. To data analysia researcher using analys interaktif model; it mean data collet , data reduction, data serve and conclution have made almost in the same time. This research, prove that in distribution djarum cigarette has a work relation between District Sales Office Djarum and Small Retailer Djarum in Surakarta. In work relation between them have appear right and duty. In this relation also appear social incentive, it has give from District Sales Office Djarum to Small Retailer Djarum and characteristic social incentive is non formal. In social incentive showing us patron klien relationship between District Sales Office and Small Retailer Djarum. It can happen because District Sales Office has high status than klien or Small Retailer Djarum. Social grating based on social feeling to klien that help patron to distribution Djarum cigarette to consumer. So because this close relationship so klien inclining support from patron if they are in trouble.
