    Abstract

    Aris Suhartanto Wibowo, 2011. Peformance Analysis on The Structure of Irregular Multistory Building with A Dynamic Analysis Using Respons Time History Analysis Method. Indonesia is a country prone to earthquakes. This is due to the location of Indonesia is situated at the confluence of four major tectonic plates, the Eurasian plate, the Indo-Australian, Pacific, and the Philippines. The earthquake that occurred recently have proved that there are still many buildings that suffered minor damage to severe and even collapse, causing casualties. For that infrastructure should be in the design of earthquake-resistant This study aims to determine the safety of the building seen from the displacement, drift and base shear. The method used is the time history dynamic analysis using ETABS program. Earthquake recordings are used, among others, El Centro, 1940, Tohoku Japan 2011, Kobe Japan 1995, and the Japanese Earthquake of 1994. The results showed that the shear force from time history analysis when analyzed with El Centro 1940 earthquake record, Tohoku 201, Kobe 1995, and Japan 1995 be obtained secure against nominal shear force (V> 0.8 V1). Participation in mass producing a total response has exceeded 90% according to SNI 03 1726 2002 article 7.2.1 are met on the mode 13. Performance and serviceability limit ultimate performance limits are eligible in accordance with SNI 03-1726-2002 Article 8.1 and Article 8.2 is a recording of El Centro 1940 earthquake. According to ATC-40, when the building was given the burden of El Centro 1940 earthquake the building entrance IO performance levels (Immediate Occupancy), when the building was given the burden of Tohoku quake Japan earthquake of 2011 and 1994 then enter the building performance level C (Collapse), when the building put the burden of the Kobe earthquake of 1995 and the Japanese earthquake of 1994, so the level of building performance into the DC (Damage Control).
