    Abstract

    This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style preferences and work climate on employee performance in the Installation Hospital Emergency Public Service Board in Surakarta. Kind of research is descriptive quantitative research korelasional sectional approach (Cross sectional), Target population is all employees in the Installation Hospital Emergency Public Service Board in Surakarta, Population Source is all employees of the Emergency Installation Dr. BLUD. Moewardi Surakarta. Sampling techniques are exhaustive sampling. Measurement of leadership style preferences and performance work climate using a questionnaire. Processing of data to test hypothesis using multiple logistic regression using SPSS version 17. The results of multiple logistic regression calculations with dummy variables, n 60, -2log possibility 78.48, nagelkerke R square 21.8%. Democratic leadership style preferences to have an authoritarian leadership style OR: 3,7 p: 0,03. Preferences laissez faire leadership style with an authoritarian leadership style OR: 0,3; p: 0,08. Working climate conducive to non-conducive work climate OR: 4,1; p: 0,04. Keywords: Leadership style preferences, Climate, Performance
