    Abstract

This research wasconducted to determine differences in job stress on the intensity noise is less than the NAV and more than NAV. Stress crimes categorized into stress and no stress. This research is an observational cross sectional analytic approach. There are 20 samplesthat meet the criteria for purposive sampling of data analysis techniques. Then do the measurement work stress and noise intensity. Test analysis and calculated by chi-square test, the calculations are grouped into two categories: the sample group with more than NAV intensity noise and intensity noise sample groups with less than NAV. The statistical result that the price of the chi square (X2) count> (X2) table in which 5.051> 3.481 so that the significant correlation between the noise with job stress. Results revealed statistically significant test for p value ≤ 0.025, then Ho is rejected, H1accepted. From the research that has been done can be concluded, that there are differences in job stress levels of workers in noise aboveNAV and below theNAV, the higher the intensity the more labor noise experiencing job stress. Keywords: Intensity Noise -Work Stress
