    Abstract

    One of concrete use in civil engineering buildings is rigid pavement. Quality of concrete determined by selection of concrete materials, proportion calculation, working method and curing method of concrete, and selection of the appropriate materials admixture with optimum proportion needed. Fly ash (FA) as silica materials is the most pozzolan materials that used as supplementary cement materials. Using fly ash can decrease the average of pore size in concrete so the permeability of concrete become smaller. This study uses an experimental method with a sample size of Ø75 mm x 150 mm cylinder for permeability sample and cube size 50x50x50 mm for porosity sample. Mix design of concrete using Dinas Bina Marga method (Case of Study Krendetan-Namengan Street Project) with strength prediction in the age of 28 is 473,4 kg/cm2. The influence a partial replacement of cement with fly ash to concrete porosity based on regression analysis is . Replacement influence a part of cement with fly ash to concrete permeability coefficient is . The optimum replacement of fly ash occurs in 16,89% replacement proportion of cement with fly ash with minimum permeability coefficient value is 1,11454.10-8 m/dt.
