    Abstract

    Dengue Hemmorhagic Fever (DHF) is an dangerous disease, that can lead to death in a short period of time and frequently generates an endemic. Boyolali district is state a dengeu hemmorhagic fever endemic area and the highest incidence of cases in Ngemplak. The data on DHF disease cases in Ngemplak increases over years. DKK Boyolali is a public organization responsible for the high incidence rate of Dengue Hemmorhagic Fever (DHF) in the district of Boyolali. DKK Boyolali is responsible for the prevention of DHF disease. The purpose of this research is to find out the performance of DKK Boyolali discrit health office eradication and control the Dengue Hemmorhagic Fever (DHF) sub in ngemplak boyolali and the factors influence the performance. It was measured by three indicators of public organitation’s performance that is productivity, responsiveness, and accountability. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. The primary data sources were derived from interview process and from the documents relevant to the research for secondary data. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, choosing the informan considered knowledgeable and reliable to become the data source. Techniques of collecting data used were interview and documentation. Data validity used was data triangulation technique of analizing data used was interactive analysis technique. The results of this research shows that the performance of DKK Boyolali has not reached the achievement target of DHF prevention. Productivity can be said is not maximized because of the results achieved have not been up since the results achieved have not been in accordance with the targets previously set. Responsiveness in preventing the DHF diseases was found good enough and still need to be improved. It is indicated by the presence of respond to the demand conveyed by the public concernig the DHF prevention. The accountability was also found good enough indicated by fund transparency and that service orientation not only refers to the guidelines. Some factors influenced : the minimum number of human resource and the less community participation in the DHF eradication and control program.
