    Abstract

    MUHAMAD ARIF SETIAWAN, 2011. LAW PROTECTION FOR LABOUR IN TEMPORARY WORK AGREEMENT AT PT. PANJI DANAJAYA GARUT, LAW FACULTY OF SEBELAS MARET UNIVERSITY, SURAKARTA. This research have purpose to get know that the labour obtain law protection in Temporary Work Agreement at PT. Panji Dananjaya from 4 law fact, first methods of arranging Temporary Work Agreement at PT. PT. Panji Dananjaya, second what kind of jobs which become an object of Temporary Work Agreement in PT. Panji Dananjaya. Third, duration of temporary work agreement in PT. Panji Dananjaya and rights of labour in PT. Panji Dananjaya Temporary Work Agreement . This Research represent of normative law research which have the preskriptif character, to find in concreto law,is there any law protection for labour in PT. Panji Dananjaya Temporary Work Agreement. This research was take a place at Sebelas Maret University Library, Cyber Media and PT Panji Dananjaya. Type of data in the form of primary and secondary data, with data sources of primary legal materials, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Technique of data collecting was used archives and documents research that located at research location and cyber media. Then the data was asked for confirmation and clarification from HRD of PT. Panji Dananjaya. Data analysis techniques used by the writer is a method of interpretation and syllogism Based on result of research, there is 4 conclussion can be taken,first the methods of making Temporary Work Agreements at PT. Panji Dananjaya wasn’t approriated with standard of validity of making work agreement. Second, the job type in PT. Panji Dananjaya Temporary Agreement is also applied at finance subdivision job is staff finance & accounting which is permanently and continously job, if job type was missaproriated with the regulations, for the sake of law Temporary Work Agreement turn into permanently Work Agreement. Third, Temporary Work Agreement in PT. Panji Dananjaya has been taking place 3 years and 6 months unbroken so missaproriated with the regulations, for the sake of law Temporary Work Agreement turn into permanently Work Agreement. Fourth, labour rights in PT. Panji Dananjaya Temporary Work Agreement not fully pursuant to Code/Law yet, that is about pregnant leave, gift a health guarantee whereas about salary, work time, work healty safety has aproriated with the regulations. So labour of Temporary Work Agreement in PT. Panji Dananjaya get law protection about about salary, work time, work healty safety whereas about making and duration of Temporary Work Agreement, pregnant leave, gift a health guarantee not get yet law protection yet Keywords: Labour in temporary work agreement, PT.
