    Abstract

    Learning Method Demonstration namely by demonstrating and demonstrating to the students, about ways to Respiratory System Physical Examination and students only pay attention to learning more concrete. While the lecture method is the way it presents the lesson through oral narrative to a group of students. This research aims to know the differences influence learning method and Method Lecture Demonstrations against the results of student learning. This research is an experiment, ‘the experiment. The study population used is the student government Nursing Academy Ponorogo regency level II-A of 49 students and level II-B of 49 students, while the sample is taken with the total sample. The technique collecting using the test data at the student level II-A before and after treatment demonstration method of learning. And tests on the Student level II-B before and after treatment lecture method of learning. Based on the results of analysis of learning outcomes between groups of demonstration and lecture groups on subjects Respiratory System Physical Examination, where the mean for a better demonstration (77.6869) or greater than the mean of Teaching (70.2046), while when seen from the analysis with independent t-test obtained P-value = 0.000 <0.05, or t 3.675 with 96 df is 1980, so t count > than t labels there are significant differences of students’ learning outcome Ponorogo Government Nursing Academy of Physical Examination subjects Respiratory System demonstration method and lectures. Conclusion The results of this research demonstrate that the learning method greater effect on learning outcomes compared with subjects learning lecture method. Respiratory System Physical Examination of Nursing academy student government Ponorogo suggested using the Demonstration of learning method are combined with lecture method. And is expected to produce student who are more competence in the subject Physical Examination Respiratory System. Keywords: Demonstration Method, Lecture Method, Learning Outcomes
