    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Lele dumbo (Clarias gariepinus) merupakan salah satu sumber daya perikanan air tawar yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan keong emas (Pomacea canaculiata), selain itu digunakan pakan buatan yang terdiri dari campuran berberapa limbah produksi pangan seperti tepung ikan, tepung susu, tepung bawang, tepung kanji, litter (bungkil kacang kedelai), ”janggel jagung”, dan Smart Nutrien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan kadar protein ikan lele dumbo setelah pemberian pakan kombinasi pakan campuran dengan keong emas serta konsentrasi kombinasi pakan campuran dengan keong emas yang optimal untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kadar protein ikan lele dumbo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 kelompok perlakuan (4 kelompok dengan perbandingan konsentrasi antara keong emas dengan pakan campuran yaitu 25%:75%, 50%:50%, 75%:25% dan 100% pakan campuran, serta 1 perlakuan dengan pakan komersial). Data pertumbuhan ikan lele diambil setiap 10 hari sekali selama 60 hari, dengan menimbang berat dan mengukur panjang ikan lele. Hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan analisis sidik ragam (Anava), apabila perlakuan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan atau beda nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Ranges Test) taraf uji 5%. Hasil menunjukkan konsentrasi kombinasi pakan campuran dengan keong emas yang optimal untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kadar protein ikan lele dumbo adalah pada konsentrasi 75% keong emas dan 25% pakan campuran. Pakan tersebut memiliki kandungan protein, lemak, karbohidrat, dan serat kasar sebesar 30.46%, 2.7%, 23.19%, 19.39%. Kata kunci : Limbah Produksi Pangan, Pomacea canaliculata, Clarias gariepinus ABSTRACT Catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is one of freshwater fishery resources having high economic value. In this research, the researcher used golden snail (Pomacea canaculiata) as one of feed substance which is very potential to be developed as one of animal protein source for fish. According to, golden snail contains of 52.76% protein, 0.68% carbohydrate, and 14.62% fat. Besides, the researcher also used artificial feed consisting of some food production waste, such as fish powder, milk powder, onion powder, cornstarch, litter (coat of soybean), corncob utrient. The purpose of the research is to know the growth and the protein content of catfish after it was given the mixture of combination feed with the golden snail and the optimum concentration of combination of mixing feed with golden snail to increase the growth and protein content of catfish. This research used complete random plan method (RAL) with 5 group treatment (4 group with concentration comparison between golden snail and mixture feed, they are 25%:75%, 50%:50%, 75%:25% and 100% mixing feed, with 1 control group which was given the commercial feed). The data of catfish growth was taken once in every 10 day for sixty days long, by measuring the weight and the height of catfish. The result of the research have an analyses with Anava, if the treatment give a significant influence or a real difference, then it can be continued by testing DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Ranges Test) standard of testing 5%. The result shows the conceration of combination mixture feed with golden snail the optimum degree to increase the growth and protein of catfish is in the conceration 75% golden snail and 25% mixture feed Which the content of the feed is protein, fat, carbohydrate, and rough fiber are 30.46%, 2.7%, 23.19%, 19.39%.
