    Abstract

    This study aimed to determine (1) Learning of Clinic Practical Obstetric Care, Obstetric D3 prodi Faculty of Health Science Muhammadyah University of Surabaya, which is looked into from (a) Learning Plan of Clinic Practical Obstetric Care, (b) The Implementation process of Practical Learning Obstetric Clinic Care, (c) The implementation management processing of Practical Learning Obstetric Clinic Care. (2) Obstacle factors to optimalize Practice Learning Obstetric Clinic Care dan the problem solving (3) Student learning achievement in Practical Learning Obstetric Clinic Care. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach by exploring appropriate facts with focus to the research as much as possible. Technical data collecting by interview, observation and documentation involing program managers, counselors, educational, CI (Clinical Instructur) in the field, and second generation of Obstetric D3 prodi Faculty of Health Science Muhammadyah University Surabaya. Technical data analyze using an interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Validity of data obtained by an extension time of research, persistence observations, continuous engagement, triangulation, and a review of key informants. The Triangulation using data triangulation, method and time. The research several things founded that: (1) Learning of Clinic Practical Obstetric Care Preparation, Obstetric D3 prodi Faculty of Health Science Muhammadyah University Surabaya conducted several steps: (a) structuring syllabus and Learning Clinic Practical curriculum (b) MoU arrangement, (c) Practical briefing (d) Hanover of student practice. (2) Implementation of Practical Learning Obstetric Clinic Care. (3) Obstacle in the implementation: (a) Inconsistence of clinic practice schedule (b) The guidance is not optimal (c) The difference of the theory and practice in the field.
