    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Emilya Ika Sari. R0316027. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN TERINTEGRASI PADA NY S UMUR 25 TAHUN DI PUSKESMAS SANGKRAH SURAKARTA. ​Program Studi D III Kebidanan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sebelas Maret. Latar Belakang:​ Asuhan kebidanan terintegrasi merupakan asuhan yang diberikan bidan pada klien mulai hamil, bersalin, nifas, bayi baru lahir, dan keluarga berencana (KB) dalam upaya menjaga kesehatan ibu - bayi serta deteksi dini komplikasi penyulit. Diagnosa kebidanan didapatkan pada awal pengkajian adalah asuhan kebidanan ibu hamil normal trimester III pada Ny. S G​2P​ ​1A​ ​0 umur​ kehamilan ​32​+5minggu​ dengan anemia ringan. Perlu asuhan kebidanan terintegrasi guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan anak Pelaksanaan: ​Asuhan kebidanan ibu hamil pada Ny.S adalah penanganan anemia ringan, pemberian tablet besi dan nutrisi zat besi heme​ ​kunjungan 2 kali; persalinan normal kunjungan 1 kali; nifas normal kunjungan 3 kali, bayi baru lahir normal kunjungan 3 kali; KB dengan konseling Pil KB kunjungan 2 kali. Evaluasi: ​Asuhan kebidanan terintegrasi pada Ny. S telah diberikan sesuai kewenangan bidan, didapatkan kondisi kehamilan dengan anemia ringan, persalinan berjalan normal, asuhan nifas dan bayi baru lahir berjalan normal, bayi diberikan ASI, BBL normal, KB menggunakan Pil KB Mini Pil. Kesimpulan dan saran: Asuhan​ kebidanan yang diberikan pada masa kehamilan, bersalin, nifas, bayi baru lahir, dan KB tidak terdapat masalah. INTEGRATED MIDWIFERY CARE ON Mrs. S, AGED 25 YEARS OLD AT COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF SANGKRAH, SURAKARTA. Associate’s Degree (Diploma III) Program in Midwifery, the Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. Scope: ​Integrated ​midwifery care is care given by midwife to client starting from gestation, delivery, neonatal, to family planning period in an effort to preserve health of mother and infant, and guarantee early detection of complications. Midwifery diagnosis obtained at the start of study was midwifery care for mother on third trimester of normal gestation, to Mrs. S, G​2P​ ​1A​0 ​with ​32​+5 weeks of gestation, and suffering from mild anemia. Integrated care was necessary to improve welfare of mother and infant. Implementation: ​Midwifery care on Mrs. S consisted of mild anemia treatment, two visits of administration of Fe tablets and blood iron nutrition; one visit of normal delivery; three visits of normal postpartum, three visits of normal neonatal care; two visits of family planning counseling on contraceptive pill. Evaluation: ​Integrated ​midwifery care on Mrs. S was conducted in accordance with the existing standards in midwifery care. Gestation with mild anemia was found. Delivery occurred normally. Postpartum and neonatal care was conducted normally. Infant was given exclusive breastfeeding. The neonate was normal, and the mother chose contraceptive pill program. Conclusion and Recommendation: ​Midwifery care given during gestation, delivery, postpartum, neonatal, and family planning period was found to have no problems.
