    Abstract

    ABSTRACT MaryuniWidhaMurti. ANANALYSIS OF PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCIES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION OF THE PROCESS OF LEARNING OUTCOMES AND UTILIZATION OF LEARNING OUTCOMES EVALUATION OF CIVIC TEACHER’S IN SMA BATIK 2 SURAKARTA. Thesis, Surakarta: Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Surakarta SebelasMaret University. January 2019. The objectives of research were: 1) to find out the implementation of valid principles inthe implementation of assessment and evaluation of the process of learning outcomes conduction by SMA Batik 2 SurakartaPancasila and Civic education teacher’s, 2) to find outthe pedagogical competence of Pancasila and Civic education teacher’s in the utilization of learning and evaluation results at SMA Batik 2 Surakarta, and 3) to find out the correlation between the implementation of assessment and evaluation of the process of learning outcomes by utilizing the results of teacher evaluation learning SMA Batik 2 Surakarta. This study employed qualitative research approach. The type of data employed was descriptive qualitative research. Data source was obtained from informant, place, event, and document. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Techniques of collecting data used to obtain and to organize research data were interview, observation and document analysis. To validate data, data and method triangulations were used. Meanwhile, technique of analyzing data used was an interactive model of analysis encompassing the following stages: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (3) conclusion drawing. The research procedure included the following stages: (1) Pre-research, (2) field work, (3) Data Analysis, (4) Research Report Writing. Considering the result of research, it could be concluded that: 1) the pedagogical competencies of Pancasila and Civic education teacher’s in implementing the legal principles of implementing assessment and evaluation of the process of learning outcomes have been carried out but have not been maximized. In cognitive assessment it has not fulfilled a number of points in the assessment procedures, such as compiling a grid, developing assessment instruments, and determining value acquisition. In the affective and psychomotor aspects the teacher evaluates only by observation. 2) the pedagogical competence of Pancasila and Civic education teacher’s in implementing the principles of the use of learning and evaluation results has been carried out based on five general principles of evaluation, but still not optimal on the comprehensive principle. 3)there was correlation beetween the implementation of assessment and evaluation of the process of learning outcomes by utilizing the results of evaluation and evaluation. Pancasila and Civic education teacher’s teachers utilize learning outcomes and evaluations to determine the level of learning completeness that is used as reporting on learning outcomes of students optimizing the learning process and improvement in the implementation of assessment and evaluation.
