    Abstract

    THE EFFECT OF STYLE TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AT INNOVATION CLIMATE, SELF CREATIVE, CREATIVITY, AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION (Study in Nurses at Dr.Moewardi Hospital Surakarta) By: GAYOH PASCA DERRIDA NIM: F0215055 This research is included in the study of testing hypotheses to test: 1) the influence of transformational leadership style on innovation climate 2) the influence of transformational leadership style on creative self-efficacy 3) the influence of transformational leadership style on creativity 4) the effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction. to nurses and head of the room at the Dr Moewardi Hospital in Surakarta, taken bymethodsin Dr. Moewardi non-probability sampling and convenience sampling. These respondents are permanent nurses Hospital with various levels of education and age. This study took a number of respondents as many as 200 people using a technique that multiplies between the number of items X 5. This study uses as structural equation model. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the climate. ovation 2) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on creative self-efficacy 3) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on creativity 4) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This study has limitations which include methods that only rely on questionnaires and research objects that only cover rooms that can be examined only. So that further research is expected to complete the limitations of this study.
