    Abstract

    Research aims to improve students learning outocomes. The purpose of this research was to (1) knowing that there is an increase in student activity, in the learning process in the subjects of writing dialogue texts by using modeling the way method and crikak media in class F seventh grade students of Junior High School 1 Banyudono, (2)knowing the improvement of student learning outcomes writing text dialogue by using modeling the way method and crikak media in class F at seventh grade students of Junior High School 1 Banyudono academic year 2017/2018. The type of this research was classroom action research. The subject of this research were students in class F at seventh gradeof Junior High School 1 Banyudono which conducted of 32 students. This research was carried out in collaboration between researcher, teacher, and student. The data in this study are in the form of writing students dialogues. The techniques in collecting data were observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The research procedure includes the stages: (1) problem identification, (2) preparation, (3) preparation of action plans, (4) implementation of actions,(5) observation, (6) preparation of reports. The validity of the data analysis techniques that are descriptive qualitative. Based on the research, it can be conclude that there is an improvement in the quality of the process and learning outcomes of students F at seventh grade of Junir High School I Banyudono through the application of active learning methods modeling the way and crikak media is well achieved. This is reflected in several indicators: (1) the percentage of the quality of the learning process in cycle I 40,6% increased to 71,9% in cycle II. The percentage of the quality of the learning outcomes of the text writing sikll of dialogue on the pre-action was 37,5% in the cycle I it rose to 50% and in the cycle II it rose to 87,5%. So, it can concluced that active learning method of modeling the way and crikak media can improve the dialogue text writing skill in class F at seventh grade students of Junior High School 1 Banyudono.
