    Abstract

    The purpose of this study: 1) find out the learning of the Roudlotul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School Vocational School and 2) to find out the analysis of the effect of learning on the National Education Standards in the Vocational School of Roudlotul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School. The research was conducted at the Roudlotul Mubtadiin Vocational School in Nalumsari District, Jepara Regency, Central Java. The study was conducted for sixht months from March to August 2018. The research method used was a case study with a qualitative research approach. The research data were obtained from informants, documents, archives, literature studies, observations and learning activities of the Roudlotul Mubtadiin Vocational School. The subject taking technique was snowball sampling. Data collection techniques use the interview method, observation, and documentation of the data needed from Roudlotul Mubtadiin Vocational School. The validity technique uses data triangulation and member checking. The data analysis technique uses interactive analysis with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study are as follows. (1) Roudlotul Mubtadiin Vocational School is a School-Based Islamic Boarding School. Implementation of Learning is a combination of vocational learning and Islamic boarding schools. The implementation of learning can form attitudes, knowledge and skills competencies. This is one of the solutions to unemployment and moral degradation. (2) KBM adaptive and productive normative learning is relatively the same. The uniqueness of the Roudlotul Mubtadiin Vocational School has well-monitored and scheduled learning. The learning model can influence student graduate outcomes. (3) Roudlotul Mubtadiin Vocational Learning produces competent graduates. Students are categorized as competent because they get learning that can shape the competency of attitudes, knowledge, and skills so that the graduates can be absorbed by 70% in industries in Jepara and its surroundings.
