    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Rafi Harseno. K7614039. IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM MOVING CLASS DI SMK NEGERI 6 SURAKARTA. Skripsi. Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret. Februari 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) implementasi sistem moving class di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, 2) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat implementasi sistem moving class di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta, 3) upaya mengatasi faktor penghambat implementasi sistem moving class di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kurikulum, Guru dan Siswa SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan subjek penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) implementasi sistem moving class di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta terbagi dalam tiga tahapan meliputi kegiatan persiapan, kegiatan pelaksanaan serta kegiatan pengawasan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan persiapan dimulai dari penyusunan jadwal pelajaran dan sosialisasi kepada guru dan siswa, pelaksanaan sistem moving class meliputi pengelolaan perpindahan peserta didik, pengelolaan ruang belajar, dan pembelajaran sistem moving class dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Pengawasan dan evaluasi dilakulan dengan monitoring dan kontrolling yang dilakukan oleh Wakil kepala sekolah dibantu Guru bimbingan Konseling; 2) faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan sistem moving class di SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta adalah ketersediaan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Faktor penghamabat meliputi: kondisi kelas teori yang belum ditata sempurna, kurangnya disiplin siswa dalam perpindahan kelas membuat waktu pelajaran menjadi terpotong, kebersihan kelas tidak terjaga, dan masih ada dua kelas yang memakai satu ruangan pada waktu yang bersamaan; 3) upaya yang dilakukan SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat sistem moving class meliputi: meningkatkan pengelolaan sistem moving, mengatur kembali jadwal, dan memberikan arahan kepada guru untuk menekankan kepada siswa terkait proses perpindahan kelas dan kebersihan kelas. This research are aimed to determine 1) the implementation of the moving class system at SMK N 6 Surakarta, 2) supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the implementation of moving class systems at SMK N 6 Surakarta, 3) the efforts to overcome the inhibiting factors of the implementation of moving class system at SMK N 6 Surakarta. The method used in this study was a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subject of this study was the Deputy Principal of the Curriculum, Teachers and Students of SMK N 6 Surakarta. The techniques used for taking subjects were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The techniques used for collecting data were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The techniques used for data validity test were source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis techniques used interactive analysis techniques by Miles and Huberman which include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study show that: 1) the implementation of moving class system at SMK N 6 Surakarta was divided into three stages, including preparation activities, implementation activities, also monitoring and evaluation activities. The preparation begun from the preparation of schedules and the socialization to teachers and students. The implementation of the moving class system includes students transfer management, also class and learning management. The supervision and evaluation, by monitoring and controlling was done by the Deputy Principal, assisted by counseling teachers; 2) the supporting factors in implementing moving class system at SMK N 6 Surakarta were the availability of the infrastructure. The inhibiting factors were the condition of theoretical class that have not been perfectly arranged, lack of student discipline in class moving that cut the lesson time, the class cleanliness that was not maintained, and there are still two classes that use one room at the same time; 3) the efforts made by SMK N 6 Surakarta to overcome the moving class system inhibiting factors were improving the management of the moving class system, rearranging the schedules, and giving direction to the teacher to emphasize the students regarding the class transfer process and class cleanliness.
