ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penanaman jiwa wirausaha mulai dari jenjang Sekolah Dasar sampai Sekolah Menengah Atas di Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Kristen Satya Wacana; 2) Menganalisis kesinambungan penanaman jiwa wirausaha; 3) Menjelaskan kemudahan, kendala serta solusi dalam proses menyinambungkan penanaman jiwa wirausaha. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan model triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis domain Spradley. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penanaman jiwa wirausaha pada sistem persekolahan di Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga dilakukan dengan lima cara, yaitu: intrakurikuler, ko-kurikuler, ekstrakurikuler, kegiatan pengembangan diri, dan kultur sekolah. Masing-masing jenjang pendidikan menanamkan jiwa wirausaha sesuai dengan kegiatan penanaman; (2) Terdapat kesinambungan penanaman jiwa wirausaha dari SD, SMP sampai SMA karena memiliki kesamaan dalam cara penanamannya. Semakin tinggi jenjang pendidikan di yayasan semakin banyak jiwa wirausahsa yang terbentuk; (3) Kemudahan didukung dengan keberadaan lembaga pendidikan dalam satu yayasan yang terkontrol, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana, koordinasi kepala sekolah dan guru, pengalaman berorganisasi siswa serta bentuk sharing and caring. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain: karakter siswa yang heterogen serta latar belakang keluarga yang berbeda, pengawasan praktik kewirausahaan di luar sekolah sulit dilakukan. Solusi yang dilakukan sekolah diantaranya yaitu: a) Jenjang pendidikan SD, SMP sampai SMA memberikan kegiatan renungan untuk pencegahan, pembinaan dan pengarahan oleh wali kelas; b) Teguran langsung kepada siswa; c) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana 3) menjalin komunikasi antara pihak siswa, sekolah dan orang tua. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini antara lain: kesinambungan penanaman jiwa wirausaha pada berbagai jenjang pendidikan dapat dijadikan best practices bagi yayasan, pondok atau lembaga pendidikan. Penanaman jiwa juga dapat diintegrasikan pada kegiatan sekolah sejak jenjang pendidikan dasar yang berdampak pada karakter wirausaha siswa. Continuity of Entrepreneurial Formation in School Systems from Primary Schools to Upper High Schools at Satya Wacana Christian Higher Education Foundation Salatiga.Thesis. ABSTRACT This study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of the formation of entrepreneurialship ranging from elementary to high school in Satya Wacana Christian Higher Education Foundation; 2) Analyze the sustainability of the formation of entrepreneurial spirit; 3) Explain the ease, constraints and solutions in the process of connecting the formation of entrepreneurial spirit. This research is a qualitative research, with phenomenological research strategies. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews), observation (participants), and documentation. The validity of the data by triangulation models of source and techniques. Data analysis techniques were Spradley domain analysis. The results showed that: (1) Planting the entrepreneurial spirit in the school system at the Satya Wacana Christian Higher Education Foundation Salatiga was conducted in five ways, through intra-curricular, co-curricular, extracurricular, self-development activities, and school culture. Each level of education instilled an entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with their planned activities; (2) There is a continuity of cultivation of the entrepreneurial spirit from elementary, middle to high school because there were similarities in its implementation. The higher the level of education in the foundation the more entrepreneurial souls are formed; (3) Facilities were supported by the existence of educational institutions in a controlled foundation, facilities and infrastructure, coordination of principals and teachers, student organizational experience and forms of sharing and caring for those in need. Constraints in the implementation include: heterogeneous character of students and different family backgrounds, supervision of entrepreneurial practices outside of school inherently difficult. The solutions made by the school include: a) Elementary , junior to senior high school level were provided with reflection activities for prevention, guidance and direction by the homeroom teacher; b) Direct reprimands to students; c) procurement of facilities and infrastructure 3) establishment of communication between students, schools and parents. Implications of this study include: the continuity of the cultivation of the spirit of entrepreneurship at various levels of education can be used as best practices for foundations or educational institutions. Entrepreneurship foundation can also be integrated into school activities started from the basic educational level which will affects the entrepreneurial character of students.
