    Abstract

    The objective of this study is to determine the effect of slack resources, and good corporate governance on the quality of corporate sosial responsibility disclosures. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis methods. The sample in the study were 33 companies listed on the IDX and reported sustainability reports for 2014-2016, so that 99 observations were obtained. The results of this study explain that slack resources has no influenceon the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosure. Good corporate governance variables measured by the gender diversity of the board of directors, board of directors meetings and the size of the board of commissioners, the results of their research on gender diversity has no influence on the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosures while the board of directors meeting and the size of the board of directors has a positive influence on the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosures. The control variables used in this study are company size, profitability and type of company, company size and profitability has no influence on the quality of disclosure while the type of company has a positive influence on the quality of corporate social responsibility disclosures.
