    Abstract

    ABSTRACT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OF WIFI.ID CORNER PRODUCTS PT.TELKOM INDONESIA SURAKARTA MAURILLA ELITA RUKMI F3215036 The purpose of this research was to fint out the satisfaction of consumers about the quality of Wifi.id Corner products PT.Telkom Surakarta, whether the products offered already satisfy consumers and the consumers had been satistied with the quality of these products. The technique used in this research was a descriptive analysis technique, that is statistic that can be used to describe or give insight to the object studied through sample data or population, and this research use purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data collected through surveys with users of Wifi.id Corner products, and secondary data from books or others. Products quality is very important to a company, because it is very influence consumer satisfaction, if the quality of products offered will provide a positive customer satisfaction for customer satisfaction. Based on the analysis of 100 respondents from 8 dimensions of product quality that is performance, features, reliability, conformance, durability, serviceability, aesthetics, and fit and finish. From the results of the eight dimensions, the majority of respondents of 68.5% provide a good assessment of product quality and 72.625% of consumers are satisfied with the quality of Wifi.id Corner products offered by PT.Telkom Surakarta By knowing the results of the research, the company are advised to maintain the quality of Wifi.id Corner products and continue to improve the quality of such networks, additional features, and services for the satisfaction of customers Wifi.id Corner PT.Telkom Surakarta.
