    ABSTRACT GalihWaskito. K3113029.Effectiveness Of Group Guiding To Increase Social Adjustments Of Class Clients X SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali Teaching Date 2017/2018.Thesis, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret. July 2018. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of group Guidance to improve Social Adjustment of students in SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. This research used experimental method with the plan nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of this research were 45 students who have low score of their pretest. On the treatment’s implementation, the subjects were divided into two groups, those were experiment group was given social adjusment training and control group was given guidance in general. The technique of the data accumulation was through intrument of discipline learning that have tested of its validity and reliability. The data analysis in this research was using Mann-Whitney Test by using application SPSS 20. Based on the result of hypothesis test, it could be known that there were a rise score between experiment group and control group after giving the treatment. The result of the data analysis by using Independent Sample T Testwas indicate Sig 0.000 < 0.05, it means that Ha was received. Conclusion of this research was social adjusment training effective to improve the discipline learning of students in senior high school the first grade in Clients X SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali Teaching Date 2017/2018. Based on the result, it cauld be hoped that the penyesuaian sosial training can be developed by the researcher widely. Keywords:group counseling, social adjusment.
