    Research objectives are: 1) compile module products based on problem solving skills to enhance scientific reasoning on the immune system material, 2) test the feasibility of module based problem solving skills based on expert validation, education practitioners and small user group tests, 3) test module effectiveness skill-based problem solving with teaching materials commonly used in schools. The research and development method uses the Borg & Gall development procedure that has been modified in nine stages: 1) the research and information gathering stage, 2) the planning phase, 3) the initial product development stage, 4) the validation stage, 5) the main product revision stage, 6 ) limited field trial phase, 7) second product revision stage, 8) operational field trial phase, 9) final product revision stage. Data analysis used during research and development is qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of research and development conclusions are obtained: 1) the preparation of modules based on problem solving skills to improve scientific reasoning on the material of the immune system has a very good qualification average of 95% based on the results of validation from various expert teams; 2) the feasibility of the module product that was developed based on the average of expert validation of 92.25% (very good qualification), the education practitioner was 98.95% (very good qualification) and the average small group test was 86.79% (very good qualification); 3) the effectiveness of the module product developed is shown by the results of anacova test that is 0.00 (<0.05) and the calculated F results obtained is 146.856 and the results of parameter estimation are 21.49, indicating the class using the solving-based module gets the posttest value 21.49 higher than the class that uses modules from school.
