    Abstract

    ABSTRACT FACTORS AFFECTING THE DECISION IN THE SELECTION OF KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT TO CUSTOMERS BRI UNIT JEBRES YUNINTA AHSANNATUZ ZAHRA F3215063 Along with the development economic in Indonesia, citizens that need inovative product and have much benefit. The company should know need and desire the citizens by analysing of marketing mix. Marketing mix there are variabels of product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. Those variabels have important roles in purchasing desicion that made by citizens. The purpose of this research is to determine the response from the customer regarding of factors that influence the purchase decision. In this research use data collection technique with questionnaires and sample that used by 100 respondents. Sampling techniques using convienence sampling is sampling technique based on population which easy to find by researcher. Sample in this research is customer of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) BRI Unit Jebres. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The result of this reserch is the response from the customerregarding the factors of marketing mix are positive. Based on data, we can conclude that product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence variabel are factor that considered by decision of the owner of Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR). Advice can be given to BRI Unit Jebres is give attention to the relationship between elements of marketing mix are improve the quality of product, inovative product and the benefit, pay attention to interest, installment and plafond, increase the promotion, improve the quality of service, improve the smoothnees of funding KUR and etc. Keywords : Marketing mix, Purchasing Desicion, BRI Unit Jebres
