    Abstract

    Banana rajabulu is one of the most popular tropical fruit commodities in Indonesia. Efforts to increase the production of rajabulu banana can be done with in vitro culture with the addition of coconut water and NAA. This research starts on April-November 2017 at Physiology Laboratory of Plant and Biotechnology Faculty of Agriculture, Sebelas Maret University. The research design using Complete Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors : coconut water with concentration K1 = 50 mlL-1, K2 = 100 mlL-1, K3 = 150 mlL-1, then addition of NAA with concentration A0 = 0 ppm; A1 = 0.5 ppm; A2 = 1 ppm; A3 = 1.5 ppm. Variable specified is the initiating of shoots, number amount of shoots, height of shoots, initiating of root, number amount of roots, length of the roots, initiating of leaves and number of leaves. The results showed the interaction of coconut water 50 mlL-1and NAA 0,5 ppm yield the highest number of shoots that is 5,6. Coconut water interaction of 100 ml/l and NAA 0 ppm resulted in the highest number of leaves that is as much as 8. NAA 1.5 ppm resulted in shoots appeared 6 HST yielded the largest number of roots that is as much as 11.55. Coconut water increases the shoot height at concentrations of 50 mlL-1, accelerating root timing at concentrations of 100 mlL-1, and increasing the number of roots at concentrations of 50 mlL-1
