    Abstract

    ANALYSIS OF THE ROLE OF ADVERTISING AGENCY’S EFFORTS TO MAXIMIZE PROMOTION PROGRAMS IN HARTONO LIFESTYLE MALL SOLO BARU ABSTRACT PETRICK YOGGA UTAMA F3215047 Hartono Lifestyle Mall Solo Baru is one of the shopping center in Surakarta, in running its business there are strategies applied by company. One is promotional strategy, promotion is an important program that aims to introduce, remind and influence consumers about a product so that they are interested then buy the product. With the importance of promotional programs within a company then began to appear companies advertising agencies to support corporate promotional programs. Hartono Lifestyle Mall Solo Baru is one of the companies that manage the promotional program in cooperation with advertising agency. This study aims to determine the promotion media used by Hartono Lifestyle Mall Solo Baru and the role of advertising agency in an effort to maximize the promotion program at Hartono Lifestyle Mall Solo Baru. The results of the research show that the promotional media used are Billboard, Hanging Banner, X-Banner, Promotion Board, VIP Banner, Railing Banner, Poster Lift, VIP Billboard, Mini Board, Newspaper, Electronic Media (Radio), Internet and Social Media (Website, Facebook and Instagram). Promotion media serves to help tenants in promoting their products, helping events in promoting the event and inform to visitors about any promotions that are taking place in the Mall. The role of advertising agency is as an intermediary in managing websites and social media accounts Hartono Lifestyle Mall Solo Baru such as Facebook and Instagram accounts and help manage media promotion mini boards scattered at some point in the Surakarta city.
