    Abstract

Physical Condition Exercise Evaluation Study on Badminton Athletes Central Java Education and Training Exercise (PPLOP) of Central Java Year 2017/2018 (from practice principles). Dr. Muchsin Doewes, dr., MARS., AIFO Background of research is to find out the systematic exercise program of PPLOP Badminton Central Java athletes ‘ physical condition by applying the principles of practice. The types of practice principles are individual principles, principles of specification, overload principle, progressive principle, reversibility principle, and recovery principle. The research method used in this research is program evaluation research, which aims to see whether the program is designed, implemented, and beneficial to the parties involved in the program. In the implementation of the evaluation program intends to seek as much information as possible to get a description of the design and implementation of the program. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach and supported by quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were athletes and trainers of PPLOP Badminton Central Java consisting of 2 trainers and 4 male athletes and 4 female athletes. The results of the Physical Condition Exercise Evaluation Study at Badminton Athletes Central Java Training Center and Training Center (PPLOP) Central Java Year 2017/2018 are: First, the results of interviews on athletes and trainers show that for the principle of recovery during training and finish less exercise be noticed. So what happens is the level of fatigue in athletes have not fully recovered and resulted in less maximal exercise results. Secondly, the results of observations on athletes and trainers showed that the outline of the training program applied to PPLOP Badminton Central Java came in the good creteria of 81.83% is the result of the observation questionnaire of trainers and athletes. However, at the athlete and coach observation table showed that on the principle of recovery and overload shows the value is still in the low criteria that is to overload 73.75% and for recovery 71.66%, so for the principle of overload and recovery in the exercise program in PPLOP Badminton must get improvement, in order the physical condition of the athlete can reach to a maximum level which will impact on the performance of the athlete. From the results of data obtained through interviews and observations on trainers and athletes PPLOP Badminton Central Java Year 2017/2018, the researchers make improvements in the implementation of physical exercise program based on the principles of practice. Third, the result of improvement of physical condition atlet PPLOP Badminton Jawa Tengah Year 2017/2018 after get improvement on physical exercise program through overload principle and recovery principle are as follows: Analysis of preliminary test data and final test with db = N - k = 8 - 1 = 7 and 5% significance level, the limit number of rejection of the null hypothesis in ttable is 2.37 and tcount is 9.23, thitung> ttable means there is significant difference in initial test and final test on physical condition improvement atlet PPLOP Badminton Jawa Tengah 2017/2018 with an increase of 12,412%. The final conclusion states that PPLOP Badminton of Central Java in the Year 2017/2018 has not fully apply the principles of practice, especially on overload principle and the principle of recovery so, it needs improvement in the training program. Improving the implementation of physical exercise program conducted by the researcher shows that the improvement of physical exercise program will be more maximal if it is applying the whole practice principles.
