    The production of tomatoes has not been complete the needs of the community. Inadequate production of tomatoes due to various factors. In general, to improve the production, the farmers do the fertilization just with macro nutrient fertilizer. This research aims to study the tomato growth analysis. The research was conducted from September to December 2017 at Rumah Kaca Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. The research used two treatment factors. The first factor is Zn fertilizer (ZnSO4 and ZnCl2). The second factor concentration of fertilizer (0 ppm; 20 ppm; 40 ppm; 60 ppm and 80 ppm). Each treatment combination in this research was repeated three times. The results showed that treatment of micro-nutrient fertilizers Zn and concentration had no effect on plant height. The value of net assimilation rate decreased due to the leaf area rate increased so that a mutual shading among leaves and inflict decrease the rate of photosynthesis. The treatment of ZnSO4 20 ppm showed the highest yield on tomato growth rate, but did not give effect to plant growth rate. The ratio of root canopy shows that the direction of growth leads to the canopy. The highest average biomass was shown by 60 ppm treatment. Application of micronutrients fertilizer zinc has not increased the yield of tomato.
