    Abstract

    The objectives of this research are to study the factors that make the participation of the farmers in Program Agricultural CSR PT Sritex, Tbk, to examine the participation of farmers in Program Agricultural CSR PT Sritex, Tbk, to examine the relationship between participatory factors and the participation of the farmers in Program Agricultural CSR PT Sritex, Tbk. The research location at the Head Office of PT Sritex, Tbk in Sukoharjo, and the rice mill "Bangsri Gede" in Kriwen Village, Sukoharjo Subdistrict, Sukoharjo District and rice mill "Duwet Selemba" in Duwet Village, Baki District, Sukoharjo which became the two targets of the CSR program. Quantitative method is used in the research, with sensus respondent technique is 65 farmers. Analysis of research data rank spearman, and data grouping using interval width. The results that: (1) The factors of farmer participation in Program Agricultural CSR PT Sritex, Tbk are willingness, ability and opportunity are moderate, (2) The level of farmer participation in Program Agricultural CSR PT Sritex, Tbk at the implementation stage is high, and the planning, monitoring and evaluation phase, and the utilization of activity result are classified, (3) There is a very significant correlation between participatory factors with farmer participation in Program Agricultural CSR PT Sritex, Tbk
