    Abstract

    This study aims to investigate the influential criteria in development strategy, to investigate development strategy alternatives, and to determine development strategy priority of Adilla Goat Farm. The study basic method is analytical descriptive. The location of this study was determined purposively. The study used primary and secondary data. Analytical tool used in this study was AHP in order to determine the influential criteria and to know development strategy priority, and SWOT analysis to determine development strategy alternatives.The result shows that there are 5 influential criterias in developing Adilla Goat Farm, namely feed criteria (subcriterias: feed type, feed source, feed price), goat selection criteria (subcriterias: goat type, goat body shape, milk productivity), ease of breeding criteria, labor criteria (subcriterias: labor loyalty, labor skill), physical environment criteria (subcriterias: milking equipment, barn), and market criteria. There are 5 alternative strategies in developing Adilla Goat Farm, namely making dairy goat farm agritourism, conducting bookkeeping improvement, improving barn setting, making product innovation, and conducting periodic meeting with labor. The chosen priority strategy to be applied in Adilla Goat Farm is product inovation. Market needs an odorless (free from goat aroma) products with affordable prices.
