    Abstract

    Interior building subjects are an interesting lesson but not easy to master. Therefore, learning multimedia lessons need to be done which can explain the material more clearly and interestingly. This research aims to know the procedure of interactive multimedia design as a subjects of interior building images. The study is expected to produce an interactive multimedia that is feasible to be used as a subjects of interior building images. The method used in this research is research and development. Interactive multimedia design is done with several steps, among others: first stage is preliminary by doing content needs analysis and device need analysis, second phase is design consisting of design of media design, interactive multimedia creation, expert team validation, and product trials, third stage namely evaluation with product enhancements to produce interactive multimedia final model. The subject of this interactive multimedia product test is SMK Negeri 2 Sukoharjo grade XI. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that interactive multimedia designed with good criteria so that interactive multimedia is very feasible to use in learning. Assessment results in small group trials have a percentage of 80.6% belonging to a very viable category. Assessment of large group trials has a percentage of 81.2% belonging to a very decent category.
