    Abstract

    Chumaidah Nur Aini, G0010044, 2017. The Difference Of Work Stress Levels On Gas Station’s Operator Between Morning Shift, Day Shift and Night Shift. Mini Thesis. Faculty Of Medicine, University Of Sebelas Maret, Surakarta. Introduction : Work shift system is one of the factors that can trigger the occurrence of work stress because the working atmosphere at any time period will always be different. Gas stations are required to operate for 24 hours, so that any shift system is applied in the work management of gas station operators. Methods : The design of this research is analytic observational with cross sectional approach. Research Subject is operator of gas station. This study uses total sampling of 84 people. Then the job stress questionnaire was distributed to the gas station operators. The data were processed using one-way ANOVA test and post-hoc LSD test with significance level 95% (p <0,05). Result : The results showed that there was a difference in the level of work stress on the employee of the operator at the gas station between morning shift, day shift with night shift which was statistically significant (p = 0,000). Conclusion : There is a difference in the level of work stress on the employees of the operators at the gas station between the morning shift, the afternoon shift with night shift.
