Abstract
This research is conducted to find out the perception of society or the level of satisfacation held by society base on the caracteristic of servis users. These characteristic include age,sex, education, income and employment. Reseach methode used is quantitative research with a total of 100 respondens who become patient or servis user in RSUD Wonogiri. Sampeling in this research use accidental sampling do in 2016. Method of analisis in this study use one sampel t test and chi square test. From the result research find that the level of society satisfacation with the servis provided RSUD Wonogiri is high. There is significant relationship between hospitalization with age and sex. And there is significant relationship between cost of treament with employment. Keyword : Public service, health, characteristics of servis users.
