    ABSTRACT Tika Ratna Wigati. K3113069. THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE THINKING SKILLS WITH CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING MODEL IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL. Essay. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Sebelas Maret Surakarta. September 2017 The purpose of this study is to describe the needs and interests of learners on the development of creative thinking skills with creative problem solving model, describes the study of the theory of creative thinking skills with creative problem solving model and produces prototype 1 in the form of Guide of Creative Thinking Skills with creative problem solving model to High School Students who later Will be ready to be tested for effectiveness, its practicality. This research uses research and development method (Research and Develpoment), but this research only until the pre-development stage is the stage of making the draft product. Data obtained from the field in the form of data needs and interests of learners, the data is taken from three respondents ie learners, teachers BK, and parents. The results of this study are as follows. First, the empirical study contains the results of a survey conducted by Student BK force 2012 which is incorporated in the study of the umbrella obtained data on the level of needs and interests of learners that showed 64.46% of respondents considered very needy and 64.78% of respondents considered very important to the development of creative thinking based From, learners, BK teachers, and parents consisted of 3109 respondents. Secondly, theoretical studies are derived from creative thinking skills including the notion of creative thinking skills, creative thinking skills aspects, creative thinking skills strategies, how to improve creative problem solving skills, understanding of creative problem solving model, and creative problem solving model steps. Third, based on theoretical and empirical studies made a guide to creative thinking skills with creative problem solving model on high school students. The draft product consists of 2 namely the Teacher Handbook BK and the Student Worksheet for the learners. The conclusions of this study are recommended to further investigators who are interested to develop guidelines to be tested for effectiveness and practicality Keywords: creative thinking skill guide, creative problem solving model, Senior High Scool
