THE INFLUENCE OF STUDENT’S PERCEPTION’S ABOUT TEACHER’S TEACHING SKILL AND LEARNING FACILITIES ON STUDENT’S LEARNING MOTIVATION IN GRADE TEN OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION OF SMK NEGERI 1 BANYUDONO IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2016/2017. This research aimed to examine whether there was (1) any influence of student’s perception’s teacher’s about teaching skill on students’ learning motivation in Grade X of Office Administration of SMK N 1 Banyudono in the academic year of 2016/2017; (2) any influence of student’s perception’s about learning facilities on students’ learning motivation in Grade X of Office Administration of SMK N 1 Banyudono in the academic year of 2016/2017; (3) any influence of student’s perception’s about teacher’s teaching skill and learning facilities on students’ learning motivation in Grade X of Office Administration of SMK N 1 Banyudono in the academic year of 2016/2017. Population in this research was all classes of Grade X of Office Administration of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the academic year of 2016/2017 with a total of 72 students. The researcher took all those 72 students as the samples by saturated sampling method. This research used quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected by means of questionnaire and documentation. Data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the result Ŷ = 35.067 + 0.275 X1 + 0.337 X2. Based on research findings, it could be concluded that (1) there was a positive and significant influence of student’s perception’s about teacher’s teaching skills on students’ learning motivation by controlling learning facilities in Grade X of Office Administration of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the academic year of 2016/2017 (tcounted = 2.484 >ttable = 1.667) at significance rate of 5%; (2) there was a positive and significant influence of student’s perception’s about learning facilities on students’ learning motivation by controlling the teacher’s teaching skills in Grade X of Office Administration of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the academic year of 2016/2017 (tcounted = 2.466 > ttable = 1.667) at significance rate of 5%; (3) there was a positive and significant student’s perception’s about simultaneous influence of both teacher’s teaching skills and learning facilities on students’ learning motivation in Grade X of Office Administration of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in the academic year of 2016/2017 (Fcounted = 6.515 > Ftable = 3.13) at significance rate of 5%.
