    Abstract

    ABSTRAK PENGARUH PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT PADA PERFORMANCE DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTIFICATION SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI (Studi pada Frontline Hotel di Yogyakarta) ARINTHA VALENTYSHA PUTRI F0213016 Penulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh (1) transactional psychological contract pada service-oriented in-role performance, (2) relational psychological contract pada service-oriented in-role performance, (3) peran organizational identification memediasi pengaruh relational psychological contract dan service-oriented in-role performance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan frontline hotel bintang 5 di Yogyakarta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 126 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian mediasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode hierarchy regression analysis (HRA) Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transactional psychological contract berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan pada service-oriented in-role performance, relational psychological contract berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada service-oriented in-role performance. Pada penelitian ini organizational identification memediasi secara parsial pengaruh relational psychological contract pada service-oriented in-role performance. ABSTRACT PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT EFFECT IN PERFORMANCE WITH ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTIFICATION AS MEDIATOR (Study on Frontline Hotel in Yogyakarta) ARINTHA VALENTYSHA PUTRI F0213016 This research aimed for analyzing the effect of (1) transactional psychological contract on service-oriented in-role performance, (2) relational psychological contract on service-oriented in-role performance, (3) the role of organizational identification mediating the effect of relational psychological contract on service-oriented in-role performance. This research using 5-starred hotel frontline employee in Yogyakarta as the population. Using 126 hotel frontline employee as the sample research. The sample retrieved by using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis tested by using simple regression analysis. The mediator tested by using hierarchy regression analysis (HRA). The results indicate that transactional psychological contract effecting negatively and significant on service-oriented in-role performance, relational psychological contract effecting positively and significant on service-oriented in-role performance. In this research organizational identification partially mediating the effect of between relational psychological contract on service-oriented in-role performance.
