    Abstract

    This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Agrofarm Nusa Raya, Ponorogo, East Java. Knowing motivation more dominant influence to improvement of employee performance at PT. Agrofarm Nusa Raya, Ponorogo, East Java. The basic method of research used in this research is descriptive research method. Determination of research location is done by purposive method. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used observation techniques, question data, interviews, records, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Linier Regression). The results showed that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors have a significant effect on employee performance. Individual intrinsic motivation factors have no significant effect on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation factors individually have an effect on to employees performance. So extrinsic motivation becomes the most dominant factor affecting employee performance. Keywords : PT. Agrofarm Nusa Raya, MSDM, Motivation, Employee Performance.
