    Abstract

    Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a fungus that is often consumed and has many benefits. To cover the shortage of medium raw materials, raw materials that contain lignocellulosic and proper nutrients are needed so that oyster mushrooms can grow and develop well. One solution is to utilize the industrial waste of sugar palm dust. The research was carried out using the experiment method.. The results showed that growth, development and yield of oyster mushrooms are not affected by the addition of arenga sawdust waste to albiza sawdust base medium. The most efficient composition for twice harvest period is a mixed M5 medium composition with a proportion ratio consisting of 20 of sugar palm dust waste, 68 albizia wood dust, 2 gypsum, 1 dolomite, 7 bran and 1 sugar with addition of Vitamin B. Average duration of full mycelium growth of M5 is 31,3 days, average age of first harvest 62,4 days and second harvest age 107 days, The average number of wide diameter of the mushroom cap from the first harvest is 14.5 cm and at second harvest 11,83 cm , The average number of fruiting body is 2.7 pieces and Average total fresh weight of mushrooms is 231,3 grams each bag.
