    Abstract

    EFFECT OF SUPERVISOR SUPPORT ON INDIVIDUAL IMPROVISATION WITH MEDIATION OF SELF EFFICIENCY AND EMPOWERMENT (STUDY ON PT.PLN (PERSERO) RAYON KARANGNYAR) By: MUHAMMAD FADHOLI NIM. F1215037 The purpose of this research was to test: 1) the influence of support supervisor at the improvised individual, 2)influence the support supervisor at pemberdayaan, 3) influence the support supervisor at self efficacy, 4) self efficacy influence on individual improvisation, 5) influence of empowerment at individual improvisation 6) influence of mediation self efficacy in support supervisor at the improvised individual, 7) influence the mediation of empowerment in support supervisor on individual improvisation. The study was carried out on employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Karanganyar. Sampling in this study using the method of non-probability samples with the technique of convenience sampling. This research takes the total number of respondents as many as 150 people with an engineering sample calculation using the formula Hair et al as well as using method survey on 150 respondents employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Karanganyar. Engineering test data using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) . Based on the results of the analysis of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) that test the hypothesis in this study obtained results, among others, as follows: 1) support supervisor influential positive individual improvisation, 2) supervisors support a positive effect on pemberdayaan, 3) support supervisor poositif effect on efikasi diri, 4) positive effect on efikasi diri improvised individual, 5) empowerment of positive effect on individual improvisation 6) efikasi diri mediate the partially pengaruh support supervisor at the improvised individual, 7) empowerment mediated partially pengaruh support supervisor on individual improvisation In this study has several limitations, among others, namely in sampling only at particular parts in PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Karanganyar and only covers the employeesection of the personnel, administration, service engineering, supervisor.
