    Abstract

    This research aims to know the value added material per raw and per labor, internal and external factors, industrial position, strategic alternatives, and marketing strategy priority. The basic method of this research is analytical descriptive. Research location in Singkong Keju D-9 Industry of Salatiga City. The results showed that the value added per raw material amount IDR 9,021.64 per Kg. Value added per labor amount IDR 18,128.60 per working hour. Identifications of internal conditions are strengths and weaknesses and external conditions are opportunities and threats of marketing. Industrial position that is in cell V, with the strategy of keep and maintaining. Alternative strategies are formulated using SWOT Matrix, which is attribute of singkong keju product, increase singkong keju production to fulfill market demand, increase training and employee development through internal industry or external from government, increase singkong keju flavor, improve quality control on cassava and singkong keju in order to keep the products of good quality, maintain prices to expand market share, improve processing to minimize damage to singkong keju, increase online promotion to attract consumers. Priority strategy based on QSPM to increase the production of singkong keju fulfill market demand. Keywords : Value Add, Marketing Strategy, Industry, Singkong Keju
