    Abstract

    The Effect of Paternalistic Leadership Style On Creativity With The Voice OfEmployees As A Mediator (Study On Workers of UD PADI MAKMUR Karanganyar) By: MUHAMMAD WIDYAN PRATAMA F1215039 This study aims to examine: 1) The effect of paternalistic (authoritarian, beevolent and moral) leadership style on employee creativity 2) The effect of employee voice on creativity 3) To examine whether the effect of employee voice can mediate the relationship between paternalistic leadership style on creativity. This research was conducted on the employees of UD.PADI MAKMUR Karanganyar. The sampling method of this study is non probability sampling with 100 respondents and analyzed test with Structural equation modeling (SEM). Based on the SEM analysis the results of this study are 1) Authoritarian leadership has no significant effect on the voice of employees 2) benevolent leadership has a significant effect on the voice of employees 3) Leadership morally has no significant effect on the voice of employees 4) Voice of employees have significant influence On creativity 5) Employee voices do not mediate the influence of authoritarian leadership on creativity 6) Voice employees mediate the influence of benevolent leadership on creativity 7) Voice employees do not mediate the influence of moral leadership on creativity. The limitation of this study as follows: data collection method used is using questionnaire. The disadvantage of the questionnaire is there are factors that influence the opinion of respondents in answering such as busyness of respondents due to limited time and the lack of understanding of respondents to the questionnaire indicator as well.
