    Abstract

    ABSTRACT SOCIETY PERCEPTION OF NON MUSLIM ABOUT PROMOTION AND PROFIT SHARING PT. BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA (PERSERO) TBK. BRANCH SYARIAH SURAKARTA AFRIDA YUNANAANIMASIA F3614005 On monetary crisis only syariah banking that freely from negative spread because there are didn’t base on interest. But society have perception that syariah banking attends for muslim society. But in information openess era it can change perception of society because there are any interest or non a financial syariah institution depends on promotion that we do and offered profit sharing. The purpose of this research is to find promotion strategy especially for non muslim society and to observe perception of non muslim society about promotion and profit sharing of BTN Syariah Branch Syariah Surakarta. And to know influence element about decision of non muslim society that became client of BTN Syriah Branch Syariah Surakarta. Method used in this research is descriptive analysis that is analysis that didn’t need systematic counting. For supporting descriptive analysis so using descriptive statistic that is to look on the proporsion about respondent proportion. Sampling interpretation using non probability method sample with purposive sampling technique. BTN Syariah Branch Syariah Surakarta do promotion with personal approach to client candidate so up to 90 percent client from non muslim society became satisfied with service of BTN syariah Branch Syariah Surakarta. Beside satisfied with service that already BTN Syraiah Branch Syariah Surakarta given 80 percent client also agreed if already take fair profit sharing. BTN Syariah Branch Syariah Surakarta already convey a information to client candidate with nicely it can be look on 100 percent respondent perception that BTN Syariah Branch Syariah Surakarta already convey stipulation for profit sharing in beginning of bank first product promotion. Look from respondent perception about factor that influence non muslim society choose to be a client on BTN Syariah Branch Syariah Surakarta is service and information that given by bank to client. Suggestion that given for BTN Syariah Branch Syariah Surakarta is bank should offer investment product for education planning, do promotion in institution that have a lot of non muslim society and decrease administration fee every month so client can get more benefit.
